Direct from a private chateau in France, a stunning, privately commissioned, 2-piece, Louis XVI antique French 950 covered sterling silver vegetable server (tureen) by internationally known French silversmiths "Henin & Cie." in like new and NO MONOGRAMS - circa 1890s.

This covered vegetable server (tureen) stands approximately 22.00cm. high to the top of the lid and weights 2,014 grams. It is roughly 34.00 cm. across to the tips of the handles and has inside diameter of 21.00 cm. Each piece is stamped with the French Government's Head of the Minerva 1 Hallmark certifying a minimum of 950 sterling silver as well as the Henin sterling silver manufacturer's hallmark.
